POOJA SHUKLA
MY STORY
Coming from the little red dot, Singapore, Pooja Shukla is a social entrepreneur. She is the CEO/Founder of COSMOS Global Alliance — the only network of world visionaries for sustainable ideations, and is the CEO/Founder of LA VIDA Training — providing Keynote Speaking on the topic of Human Alliance, 1 to 1 Life Coaching for individuals and Coaching for organizational Teams that need to build their alliance. Her contribution to individuals and to organizations on alliance, relationship building and discovery is a tale fit for centuries.
An interesting woman with very interesting stories of her travels — She is a globetrotter, a global citizen, well-versed in various cultures, communities, practices and their way of life. She incorporates these learned experiences in her profound work through human psychology lenses and brings the world together purposefully. Pooja firmly believes in seeking purpose and meaning for collaboration and to do so with high self and social awareness.
As the CEO/Founder of one of the most important alliance in the world — COSMOS Global Alliance, it is no wonder as to why she is known to be a trailblazer. This powerhouse has built this alliance of c-suites, professionals and youths and has partnered with various associations to effectively drive change. The alliance drives important discussions to provide solutions and strategies for building sustainable businesses and communities, whilst using United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals as a framework.
The impact of the network is truly remarkable and its voices echo through reports to governments, organisations and global institutions. COSMOS Global Alliance is also the only and most effective alliance for like-minded professionals to meet one another and establish long-lasting purposeful alliances. To create significant and purposeful camaraderie, this sustainable network also launched their own summits and conferences globally.
The network’s members also gain from the range of members-only benefits which include a COSMOS Academy, a full accessible library for all personal learning and development needs and global COSMOS Hubs, which are partnered establishments for COSMOS Members to use when they travel overseas. The COSMOS Marketplace is where members can post their needs/services for other members to build business relationships within a world shy of asking for advice, COSMOS also has a Peer Support function where members either post as themselves or as anonymous, on their problems they are facing both personally and professionally and the allies of the network respond to support them.
Many allies have had the chance to interact with some of the most influential industry figures thanks to COSMOS Global Alliance. They have developed a different understanding of what it means to be sustainable: Pooja Shukla said, ‘In the vast tapestry of existence, the convergence of people, knowledge, technology, & information holds boundless potential. Yet, a lamentable waste befalls us if we fail to unite these resources. It is in their harmonious symphony that we discover the power to nurture profound transformation for the sustainability of businesses and communities’. That is truly what our businesses should aim to do. Each person and resource has a responsibility, and together can you imagine what we would achieve?
In more than 25 countries, Pooja has amassed an army of like-minded allies who are constantly supporting one another. With some of the best thought leaders and visionaries, COSMOS Global Alliance will be the ground zero for many disruptive ideas that will change the world for the better.
Ever since Pooja began coaching and speaking at several global events and conferences, she found out that lack of purposeful networks was cited as a major issue by 83% of her clients, lack of communication cited by 71% of her clients and lack of good leadership cited by 64% of her clients. She understood that most organizations were functioning in ambiguity. Her coaching initiatives have aided team members in developing stronger and relevant skills and aided team leaders in understanding how to drive productivity and alliance building in their teams. A fresh link was developing. The atmosphere at work was improved, all of that while work satisfaction also rose.
